Steve Alford

Cast as: Jimmy Pengelly. Sheep Farmer.

Roles: Props

Jimmy Pengelly (played by Steve Alford) likes a drink. In fact, he would be the first to admit that he likes a few drinks. Therefore, you can’t always take what he says seriously. Always to be found propping up the bar at “The Hunter’s Moon” pub, he loves to talk. Especially to his best friend, Landlord, John Nancarrow (played by Giles Greenhough). John may not always take what Jimmy says to be the truth, but he does love a good yarn. Jimmy seems convinced that there are some strange “goings on” out on the Moor, where he appears to have lost a certain amount of sheep. He also has concerns about a missing American Tourist…Maybe he speaks more truth than the Landlord gives him credit for. When Steve isn’t worrying about his sheep and trying to persuade John to serve him “one for the road,” he can be found “out on the road” with his band “The Cornish Groove Collective.”
