BEST GOON BRENN

This re-imagining of the story surrounding the Beast of Bodmin Moor, sees two friends, Grace and Jessica, who are self-proclaimed amateur Mythologists, travel to Cornwall in search of the elusive creature.

Local folklore has it that a large animal prowls the Moors at night, killing and maiming livestock, raising concerns in the local community that several missing people may also have met the same fate.

Unpacking some personal history between them, the two women also hope that the trip will re cement their friendship following a troubled liaison that has led to mistrust and created a rift.

Ignoring the best advice from friendly locals to make sure they don’t get caught out on the Moors after dark, their plans soon begin to go horribly wrong.

Can they reconcile their friendship and find the Beast of Bodmin, or will this trip end with more than just a “Twist in the Tail?”

THE SOUNDTRACK

The Soundtrack for the film has been specifically chosen to represent some of the best, independant musical talent, both locally, and as far afield as Australia. These artists have graciously allowed their work to be used on the film, and we feel that each song’s lyrics together with its placement within the movie creates a synergy within the storyline. Many of the artists that have provided the music for the soundtrack, also appear in the film, showcasing not only their musical ability, but also their acting skills.
