Introducing the other half of the filming talent… Dave’s wife and business partner of over 3 decades, Tam. When approached by Neil about making the film “Best Goon Green” Tam was fairly quick in saying yes! Mainly due to Neil’s enthusiasm for the project… or perhaps due to the pint’s already imbibed. Being fairly naïve regarding the movie-making process, Tam presumed she would come onboard as DOP, but became involved in much more. Location scouting and researching took in romps across the moors (including visits to local, licensed establishments along the way). Tam took up the boom, clapper board, wardrobe, set design and lighting, as well as some stills photography and involvement the final editing process. Describing herself as “A Jack of all trades, but a master of none”, I think, the finished project shows that she became an accomplished master of all.
